How it works
- Take the photo. Lay the item flat, fully in the frame, in daylight. Or pick a photo from your library.
- Vintapp writes the listing. The app identifies the type of item and its material, plus the brand, size and condition when they show in the photo, then writes the title, the description and a suggested price.
- Choose your photos and post. Nine styles to choose from. Generated by AI, with up to three angles each: a female model, a male model or your own, a bust, a hanger, folded like in a store, and “Enhance”. Made on your iPhone from your own photo: “Cutout” and “Backdrop”. Then save the photos, copy your listing and post it on Vinted or any other selling app.

Like the model photos, “Enhance” is generated by AI: the app tells you before any generated image is created. “Cutout” and “Backdrop” keep the pixels of your photo.
What the generator writes for you
- The title: the type of item, its material and the brand when it’s visible, in the words buyers actually type into search.
- The description: the fit, the material, the visible details and the condition, in an easy-to-read list. It doubles as a Vinted description generator.
- A suggested price: an estimate, which you adjust before posting.
- The item details: brand, size, material and condition, written for your country’s Vinted site, with its sizes, whether that’s vinted.co.uk or vinted.com.
Tips for a listing that sells
- Shoot in daylight, without flash, with the whole item in the frame and nothing else around it.
- Keep at least one real photo of the item in your listing, alongside the photos Vintapp creates.
- Double-check the brand and the size: the app can’t always read them from the photo.
- Before settling on a price, look at similar items that have already sold.
Frequently asked questions
Is the listing generator free?
Your first complete listing, photos included, is free, once per device and per account, with no card required. After that, it’s a subscription sold and managed by Apple, which you can cancel whenever you like from your Apple account.
Does Vintapp post the listing on my behalf?
No, never. You’re always the one who posts it, from your own account. The app sends no messages in your name and changes nothing on your Vinted account.
Does it work for Depop or eBay?
Yes. Copy the title, the description and the price, save the photos to your Photos app, and post wherever you resell: Vinted, Depop, eBay or another app. None of them is a Vintapp partner: you simply paste your listing in.
Are model photos allowed on Vinted?
Vinted sets its own rules for photos and can change them. Our advice: always keep at least one real photo of your item in the listing.
What about Android?
Vintapp is an iPhone app, for iOS 17 or later. There’s no Android version.
